Birthday Weekend


    I am having the best day to start my birthday weekend! It started with going to a car show in Lena, IL. Had a breakfast burrito and played some Bingo. I didn't win 😢


    After sweating in the hot, hot sun, we found a swimming hole and took a dip. It was nice and cool even though it was filled with seaweed. 


   From there I was taken to a super cool biker bar on the river to start drinking. They also have a flea market type thing rockin there and I found a small cooler for my travels for $3. Can't beat that! 


    We stopped and picked up a ton more vodka and now we're chillin in a pool with cocktails. So far, an absolutely amazing start to the weekend!

A little Phish

    Spent a weekend at Deer Creek with so many friends! A great time was had and I'm looking forward to this weekend in Bethel, even if it's going to be a wet one!      After Phish I ended up in Ohio for a few days. Spent a lot of time outside and laughing with some of my favorites. Tomorrow I'm back on the road again. I'll be crossing off another state from my list, working, camping and checking things out. I made sure to give myself plenty of time for all of that in-between shows.  Much love ❤️

DICKS!

    The four night run at Dicks was exceptional. Got to dance with some amazing people and hear a lot of great songs. That will definitely be where you can find me every Labor Day from now on.      My postcard friend let me crash his hotel after my original plan fell through. Super sweet of him and a great hotel not too far from the venue. His kindness was appreciated and we had a great time together.     I stayed near the hotel today and worked and then headed out to the mountains to clear my head from the weekend. The journey home has started and I already can't wait to be back here.      Summer of Jenn may be over but the adventures will never stop. Next up, New Mexico! My friend said I should just make it the year of Jenn... Why not?  Much love ❤️

Baby Wrigley

I stopped by the little Cubs field in Freeport, IL today. Considering that Wrigley is one is my happy places, I was pretty unimpressed. But it was still cute.  I worked near there today and came back to my plaything bringing me weed. That was a nice surprise and much appreciated. He's off to some edm thing in Madison tonight and my exciting plans include trying to get my TV to turn on.  My face isn't throbbing today so I avoided the dentist (although I shouldn't). It still hurts but it's nothing I can't put up with.  Much love ❤️
