Last Night in Chicago

My last night in Chicago was a rager. Had so much fun and definitely paid for it this morning when I needed to move all my stuff from my apartment into my storage space. It feels as if a giant weight has been lifted from me now that I'm out of that place. I was having panic attacks and anxiety every time I stepped foot through those doors. Myself and three amazing friends got it all done and I am out! First stop, Stockton, IL for a bit. I've never lived in a town this small before so we'll see how that goes!
First day of the Summer Of Jenn starts tomorrow! Can't wait for all the adventures!
Special thanks to the cute SCI boy whom I had an especially fun time with last night 😉

A little Phish

Spent a weekend at Deer Creek with so many friends! A great time was had and I'm looking forward to this weekend in Bethel, even if it's going to be a wet one!      After Phish I ended up in Ohio for a few days. Spent a lot of time outside and laughing with some of my favorites. Tomorrow I'm back on the road again. I'll be crossing off another state from my list, working, camping and checking things out. I made sure to give myself plenty of time for all of that in-between shows.  Much love ❤️

Summer of Jenn 2

Started off Summer of Jenn 2 with a short trip to one of my favorite venues to see one of my favorite bands (moe.) play an amazing show with some amazing friends!      I was going to take a quick disco nap and head straight from Dillon to Chicago but my car has been burning oil and my roommate insisted I get it fixed before I drive across the country. $600 later and I was told to just get a new car. Thanks... I guess I got new spark plugs too but I could've done that myself.      I'm a day behind on travel so I decided to do the drive over night. Haven't really done that before, I usually leave around 2am. Wish me luck!  Much love ❤️

Skipping Stones

Yesterday was an amazing day! We swam at Salt Creek in the tiny town of Richmond Dale (population 300). I learned how to skip rocks, we caught crayfish and played in the small waterfall. After we went back to a friend's house until way too late and played Foosball, air hockey and pool. We laughed and laughed. One of the guys there is a mechanic. I went back today with the car and almost caught a break! The part that will fix all my problems is only $25. SCORE! But no one in town has it in stock and I need to leave Saturday morning. Hoping I can find it somewhere tomorrow 🤞              After dealing with all that today I went and visited my friend at the brewery they work at. Had some awesome food and drink and then came back to the house. I am beat. Hopefully everything works out with the car tomorrow and I can be on my way to a very very busy Saturday with stops in Hammond, Chicago, the suburbs and a wedding out...
